Deputy Commissioner Kumar directed officials to ensure strict adherence to guidelines for the NEET re-examination in Mandya on June 21. He reviewed arrangements and instructed officials to prevent any lapses in the test's conduct. A total of 1,958 candidates are expected to appear across four centres in Mandya. Officials must verify adequate facilities and ensure uninterrupted power supply for the examination. NTA has changed the exam centre for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination scheduled for June 21 in Prayagraj due to administrative reasons, as notified on June 18, 2026. The venue has shifted from Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Centre to the Department of Medieval and Modern History, Senate House Campus, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj. Fresh admit cards have been issued, and candidates with old admit cards can appear at the new location after verification. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an advisory for NEET UG 2026 re-examination on June 21, detailing dress code, allowed items, and security protocols for examination centres. Candidates must comply with these instructions to ensure a smooth process. All candidates will undergo mandatory frisking, and non-compliance with dress code or security rules may lead to denial of entry. The National Testing Agency changed the examination center for NEET UG 2026 candidates from Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Centre to the Department of Medieval and Modern History, Senate House Campus, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, just two days before the re-exam on June 21, 2026. This change was due to administrative reasons like ongoing construction and electricity unavailability at the original location. Fresh admit cards have been issued for affected candidates.
