The Pakistan Super League has been rocked by yet another ball-tampering scandal. This time, opener Fakhar Zaman of the Lahore Qalandars has been charged with a Level 3 offense under Article 2.14 of the PSL code, which deals with changing the condition of the ball, the Express Tribune reports. The incident happened during the final ball of the 19th over of the Karachi Kings' match on Sunday, when the umpires inspected the ball. Karachi, who had needed 14 from the over before the intervention, went on to win by four wickets with three balls to spare.
