It's election time in West Bengal, and four senior election officials have been transferred ahead of elections next month. The transfers include officers in the chief electoral officer's office, as well as one in the health and family welfare department, the Hindustan Times reports. The elections to the 294-member West Bengal assembly will be held in two phases, on April 23 and 29, and votes will be counted on May 4.
